The makers of Tanu Weds Manu 2 are taking no chances on their film's leading lady's security.
Queen actress Kangana Ranaut has been provided heavy security.
Producers of Tanu Weds Manu 2, Aanand L Rai and Eros International, have deployed bouncers to safeguard her.
Sources say that even while she was indoors in her hotel during the recently concluded shoot in Delhi, three bouncers were positioned outside Kangana's room.
Incidents of people stalking Bollywood actors have been abound. In 2009, Kangana was at the receiving end when a young man in his 20s went on a public hunger strike outside Leena Mogre's gym, where Kangana used to work out regularly. A year later, another Kangana stalker created a scene incidentally at the same gym.
So, what has caused this sudden act of safety measures being upped? Another stalker on the prowl?
When contacted, Kangana's sister Rangoli said, “No, there wasn't any particular incident or reason as such. Kangana was shooting for Tanu Weds Manu 2 in Haryana and Delhi. These places aren't safe for women. The crowd was increasing. It’s better to be safe than sorry."
Added Rangoli, 15-20 guards were given to her when she shot on the streets."
SpotboyE.com has it that Kangana's security will not be removed even when she starts shooting her next schedule which is slated in London.
